Hi All,

My supporting documents are now ready to be dispatched to CHC-Islamabad. (File transferred to CHC-ISL in May 2011). I need answers to the following questions:

How much time will they take to attach my documents ?
Should I send them via TCS or FedEx? Which courier service is more reliable?
How would I know that who received the package at CHC-Islamabad?
What additional information I need to print on the envelope ? Address , file no etc

What else I should do before sending my supporting documents ??? I need feedback of the senior members !

i sent them via fedex it took 3-5 business days (from canada)
online tracking number (reciever NASIR)
i did put the file number in bold writing

Adress should be with no PO box because couriers dont uDeliver to po box adresse

I have sent pdf file attachements with my email (on multiple occasions) and have heard back from CIC stating "the attached document will be added to my file". But I do agree with you are saying I have read this as well.

i didn't know this, otherwise i would have attached my caips report with my email.
i'll wait couple of days and then send in another email with the attachment.
thanks!

quess they were filled out properly

khalifah.....u mean the validity of visa once issued could be more than 6 months depending on the expiry date of either the medical and passport...is that rite? isnt it suppose to be 6 months that u must travel within 6 moonths ??.......and about repcc and imm forms...rnt they suppose to expire after 1 year...dont they need an updated version of those forms?..............how much more time do we have to wait for ppr request?

My wife received a first letter from CHC today. As I have previously posted that I have my area's postman phone number, so I called him at the beginning of February, and he was on 3 weeks' vacation. He returned back to work on February, 20th and delivered the letter. Letter issued date is February, 01, so we received that letter 20 days late just because of the postman's vacation, and now we have only 10 days to send everything since letter states that we have to send them the documents within 30 days.

I would suggest check with your postman close to your expecting timeline because I guess post offices in Pakistan do not have any backup to distribute the mail incase of regular postman's absence..

My file was transferred on December 2, 2010, and they ask to send them some pictures, PCC and re-filled forms.

I have a Question my husband is doing re medical tomorrow so how should we let CHC aware of it should i email them the receipt or fax it bcz for the first time i sent them the original receipt with all the paper but what to do now ......

Good to hear that they picked up your file, is your address still disappeard or did it return shortly after, I assume they are asking your post marriage pictures with family and friends

which ever expires first there is no requirement on when u travel just before they expire

repcc- imm forms never expire only if chc requests them updated then they send them or if they are not filled properly i quess there is no update so they night have skipped the imm forms but repcc had to have expired after some time dont know why thaydidnt request that

might ask u to fill them after or repcc and imm forms were sent through PAKISTAN POST and not mailed yet and TCS got the re-med and they delivered faster then pakistan post just check ur nearest pakistan post office

there is no specfic time line after medical when passportmightbe requested
