You don't need a form, you can just pay online on the CIC website on that link.

They are doing initial reviews after 13 - 14 months, so i would guess end of June 2012 would be a good time to order CAIPS.

Important information for those who are getting IMM0008 form request. This form can be downloaded from CIC website. After filling out this form on computer, it must be "Validated", it means it goes directly in CHC-ISB system, and then you print it, though form consists of 5 pages but when you Print it, it will print 6 pages. That extra page has bar codes that CHC scans. After printing 6 pages, you sign and mail it with other required documents. It's something recently CHC-ISB started.

you should apply june or july 2012 bec chc do first review after 10 to 12 months of processing,at the time(may,june 2012) i think u ll get medical and immi forms and new pc,if ur file normal when u get these things then its mean your first review done by chc so u should apply for caips, othere wise if u apply now or before may 2012 i think so u will not get any usefull information.

hello folks,,,

i wanted to know if anyone from 0ct 2010 has heard anything from CIC yet... bcz ive been sponsered since oct,2010 and app recieved in isb on 4th nov,2010. its been 15 months since there is no reply from the embassy. i had mailed them and they replied that " file is in queue with the immigration officer" my wife has sponsered me..n now we are also married since 4 months,,so should i send them my wedding pics volunatarily or should i wait???
please do help me in this regard...

Husani1 your wife sponsered you before marriage? as you said you just got married since 4 months back? Did you applied in common-law?

A.O.A everybody,

Today my wife received a letter from New delhi India for another X-Ray to be done with a 90 days deadline. We went to the doctor and did the x-ray he said he will send the X-Ray. Now should we ask anything with the doctor? Receipt, Tracking number do i need to send it to islamabad.

And the last question is how long more it will take for islamabad to send us the PPR now. This is something different.

A reply will be really helpfull.
