My All family means my mother bro and sis are in Canada, and i and my one sister are in Pakistan. I visited to Canada in 2008 and meet my wife in family gathering and after our relationship we decided to marry and our parent arrange our Nikah on August 2009. after our nikah my wife have not visited Pakistan. we have strong proof to prove our relationship like phone call details (we talk on fone every day 50-60 mints) and emails and pic of my wife with my other family members and also send chats to CHC ISb.
can any one tell is Rukshtee is important for getting VISA.
thanks
bro if i remember correctly you have done your nikah over phone............it's been 2 years since your wedding and your wife hasn't visited you in pak
yes rukhsati is important these days when dealing with CHC-I and i would recommend you to go for it...........on the other hand they might be thinking that your family wants to import you to canada (as most of them are there already) by means of a marriage of convenience (telephonic nikah with no visit of sponsor at all)...........probably the root cause of putting you in the interview queue

became-a-loner bro---your feedback is awaited on this

note: all juvenile mind newbies......refrain from starting a row over my post...........cuz i have based my opinion on the information on various nikah only cases i have seen on this forum

to the best of my understanding the Consumation of Marriage (the pinnacle point where body and soul join in heaven ) is defined as Rukhsati ..... CHC-ISB has established it few years ago after evaluating our Pakistani culture with the help of Desi Staff who are there to justify their own presence and salary, to me there is no going around that part .... because to them the conjugal relationship does not start until Ruksati is performed ..... and rest of your apprehension are justified being other relatives living in Canada. I would humbly suggest to ask your spouse to visit you/perform rukhsati and send them the proof. and Order CAIPS which may or may not help

I agree wht u brother!but if (Nikkah + reception)strongly done mostly no chances for objection .............If its a simple Nikkah wht no reception + Nikkah on phone 100% chances for objection n in this situation u must visit ur spouses.

Wasalam Ranasahib,

I had used the same numbers and emailed as well. They do reply to the emails and voice mails but it may take couple of days for them to respond back but rest assured that you will get a response. When I left a vm i got a call back from them after 2 days of leaving the vm. For the email status inquiry on my caips they responded back one time after 5 days and other time about 7 days.

You can launch a complaint against them if you have not received them even after 3 months. Sometimes if you have ordered the entire file copy from the visa office then it can take long but then still they should have let you know in that case. Did you order over email or via snail mail?
