what is caips note?
A computerized your file application summery report

how much is the cost?
$5 payable by credit card and check. Credit Card payment authorizan form need to fill in OR by check payable to Receiver General for Canada

how do you order?
You need 3 forms [IMM 5563 - IMM 5475 - IMM 5667] to complete you can get these forms from the link below.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5563.asp
IMM 5563 needs to be filled out by you
IMM 5475 required your spouse signature to release the notes.
IMM 5667 is for payment ($5). You can pay by credit card by providing credit card info on the form OR you can write a check of $5 payable to "Receiver General for Canada" then this form is not required to fill.
you can email the signed and completed forms to atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca OR you can mail the forms to below address

Yes as CAIPS are released after consulting with CHC

As a sponser you can apply OR If you have a lawyer/representative he.she can also apply on your behalf

You dont need any documents just above mentioned forms needs to to fill in.

You have to apply in Canada but you need your husband signature on IMM 5475 form.

Yes he can also apply for CAIPS.

HELLO maryam your cousin in pak would fill all those forms, but he needs to designate a person in canada (on pr or citizen) who would email the request on his behalf.

for example, my husband filled in the necessary forms and designated me to request caips on his behalf..so yeah the answer is yes, he can get caips..provided he authorizes someone over here to email the forms.

if his wife his here, he can authorize her

Some applicants from July/Aug 2010 AOR started receiving remedical/IMM forms/repcc request already and some are in waiting list.

First send an email and see what is the update. You can send the PCC voluntarily by your own to save time but not the IMM forms because the forms they are going to send you will have your file # printed on them. Hope this help. But insha allah this month you will hear something from them.

Asalam-o- Alaikum everybody my friend told me about this forum its really helpful

couple days ago i recieved a letter from islamabad office
they have asked for IMM8, schedule-A (IMM5669),IMM5406 and supplementary information form

they have also asked me to pay $490 to case processing centre in canada for right of permanent residence

i just have some questions did they ask everybody for this many forms and how long will it take after submiting these forms and would it b a problem i went to pakistan for 5 months now since we are so close in process

help plz
