Actually I didn't know. I was under the impression that everything would be done easily. I really didn't do much research on it. Don't worry. You shouldn't have written them asking for Visa as you wanted to leave with your husband. The whole rukhsati thing has changed things around. As i said in the earlier posts that now they really want the rukhsati done and see the pix before they can make a decision.mareea said:

I hate when people refer to cases from 2008 that was too long ago, things are completely different from what they were to what they are now. Yeah. They don't know that things have changed drasticly in the past 2 years or so and these ppl keep running their mouth. Everyone asks my wife, how much more time it would take? I didn't even tell my wife that the timeline is 21 months now.
