I think I am the oldest member on this forum and speaking from 3 + years of experience in Spousal Sponsorship my advice would be correct.
I helped a lot of members on this forum too, plus point for me is that my best friend worked at CHC ISB as a officer a couple of years back.
If your husband can afford the trip & not jeopardize his job then he can be there with you but it does not make a difference at all.
They write that in the letter in case your spouse is already in Pakistan, your spouse just has to be able to be reached in case they decide to call.
Normally, they do not call. In my case, the visa officer decided to call me to cross reference information and clarify a few things.
Do not compare your case with anyone all cases are handled individually and differently depending on the officer.
At the end it is your choice.
