2. micmac101 (Well they asked many questions about our relationship. How long have we known each other,when did we get married. One was about the age difference me being 58 and him 40.I had converted to Islam in 2006 and had hard times. He was intoduced to me through an online friend I had known about 4yrs.
The interviewer was impressed about my coming here to visit him several times and my husband told him i was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my husband.
We had brought more documents for them to be examined but he said they had enough already.
The interview to 2 1/2 hrs. My husband came out smiling and was told a letter would be received in the mail. Now what all this means I don't know but we hope and pray its good news coming.)

My husband case was not in que for interview because it was security interview I think that does not need que they just call you for it....My husband said it was the most hardest interview ever...He was asked many many political questions, views on war questions, case specific questions, marriage related questions, mostly security related though....They watch every single answer you give, your reaction, your response, your facial expressions, your answers and they write every single thing you answer. The key is to be confident, aware of questions and aware of your answers, keep good eye contact that is all and lots of lots of duas off course.

Received reply from CHC......................................Nov 2012

In the reply they have stated that my file is in queue for interview.Now i'm waiting for interview date.
so please add me in this list

GCMS notes says medical have been send through registry mail

i email so far no reply, i asked my MP to email yesterday and insha'allah we'll see wat they say..

Both my husband and I praying that My husband insha'allah gets remed+ppr or remed and ppr right after insha'allah.
May Allah swt Shower His Blessings on All of us

you can get the medical done even before you receive the remedical request (as long as you dont tell the doctor that this is second remedical) then once youreceive remedical request then you can send back the copy of receipt of remedical (which does not look different from medical versus remedical anyways) this way you can save time because it takes about 2-3 months for the medical to be updated on your file by processing centre in India

Are you sure that's a good idea to do?
because sometimes CHC doesn't send in the remed, and then they decide to put remed +ppr together n send it out.
I am confused just as much, i am waiting to see what my MP says and insha'allah from there we'll see what we can do.

Again its all up to Allah swt and insha'allah Allah Swt will have my husband with me soon insha'allah

maybe i would get medical +ppr together if they see that i havent received medical form yet?

nikah only case tha but phr rukhsati nd reception kr lya tha.
My student hn r isi year masterz complete kya hy.
I dont know y they r taking too long.

How long it takes for medical to show in e-case and how long it takes now a days to send passport back with visa?

Any generalization here?

how come working in the government sector may delay a case?

they generally do detailed security check if you held any Govt position in particular any law enforcement agency or military, I remember there are additional questions specific to positions held at Govt only on application forms

3 weeks if the results are sent to New Dehli right away, so if the results were sent right away then you are probably looking at Nov 27th for an update on E-case.
