This is a bit off topic but I have a question specifically for female sponsors who go to visit their husbands in pakistan during the application process - do your husbands take time off work the whole time you are visiting? If yes how long was your visit? if no how long did they take the time off if any? is it really that difficult to get time off in pakistan??

I can only tell about myself that when my hubby came to PK I had a hard time getting a month off even though I was entitled to it as a gazzetted officer of the govt.

march 25 2010 started processing
march 29 2010 acknowlodgement letter recieved
may 25 2010 file recieved in pakistan started processing and asked for addtional information
sept 27 2012 interview letter mailed but didnt recive it
nov 13 2012 interview date
total 31 months

ur in may and im in june... i hope ALLAH PAK fulfill our prays soon.im very upset my processing time is 29 months and 10 dayx now. ALLAH PAK apko bhi kamyab kry aur apki duaen mery lye bhi qabool kr lyn AMEEN....
