Did you get this update through e-mail or through MP office? I'm guessing that background checks are done and file is waiting to be reviewed so PPR can be sent. InshAllah soon we will all get PPR.

Well dear, our last update was that the file is in queue to be reviewed by a decisionmaking officer (whoever the hell he is). I got this update two months ago. What according to your observation may this mean?

Allah ka lakh lakh shukker hai! My husband got an interview date FINALLY after 30 months from AOR DATE (APRIL 2010)
We waited 16 months in the Interview Queue for an Interview, we were placed in the Interview Q in MAY 2011.
His interview is next month, will keep you all posted.

ALL FELLOW MEMBERS, please pray for my husband to PASS the interview, we have been depressed for the longest time.

INSHALLAH, I have been and will keep on praying for all my forum members to reunite with their spouse by the end of this 2012 year AMEEN.

Make sure you do know the reason for the interview and prepare your husband for it. Also, whatever the reason is for the interview, make sure you have all the proofs to clear their suspicions or doubts.

Hey don't rish the things through! Write a cover letter, telling them about your case details, and about your two kids. Also write that you have attached the documents with the letter. Collect all proof of your cohabitation, children's birth certificate, pictures (your and your husband with kids), telephone logs, financial support (if applicable) etc. Compile a neat set together. I'm sure it will take at least a week for you to compile that and review that.

At the end of the cover letter, you may ask them that since you are in the interview queue, you should be pulled out of that. Make it very convincing, and if possible get it reviewed by an expert.

No problem. 10 should be fine. But focus on the quality. Try to find pictures in which you two are posing with family and friends; pictures taken at home, at dinners, at picnics, with kids. Make sure you label each picture with names, place and date. If you don't remember the date, just write the rough time like 'summers of 2010' etc.
