n for the proof on relationship i had send exactly the same things as u did n visit my husband for 2.5 months n yet still nothing n i contact my MP n email once a month same steps as u have taken

i guess it depends on the persons luck n watever ALLAH SWT has plan for u... will go that way

no complains stil grateful for ALLAH SWT for getting my case this far n insha'allah with ALLAH SWTs grace i will soon hear great news ameen

Confusion :-\; got question: You got married Jul 2010, why it took u one year to apply.. moreover was it a full marriage or nikah only in July 2010.. and later full marriage ?

yeah that i dont understand either lots of people get married n then after a year they apply for their spouse sponsorship????

It was full mirriage in july 2010

My ant and uncle were doing the medical and getting her documents ready so it took a while before we had everything ready

I Thank Allah i didnt apply in 2010 would be still stuck

My case is very similiar to maham sis who got ppr and remed from march 2011

She married in may 2010 also but appled in march 2011

Just thank Allah that i didnt apply in august 2010 or september

lol who knew i would have waited n applied in (feb -sept 2011) lmao
maybe i would have been lucky n had ma case finalized

I also tell my wife, may be I should have waited till 2011 instead of forcing papers before Christmas holidays in 2010.. LOL..

wow thats is cool to have the same birthday as ur spouse
i understand the love n i also would not trade the world for ma husband i love him more then anything n CHC can waste peoples time but the love will always be there n getting stronger every day.
Alhamdulillah always for my husband. Thats how u know that Allah swt loves u the most by giving you someone to love u n someone to love back


I on the other hand have to share my birthday wit my brother in law lmao
two people that dont like each other n cant stand each other has to have the same birthday lmao even though he is my eldest cousin n only brother in law the man is funni but a Super 420 lmao

I also should have waited for 2 more months before applying it seems like that`s how they work when I applied at that time there were lots of 2009 cases stuck and early 2010 cases were getting finalized faster and exactly same thing is happening now to the end of 2010 cases so may be they are leaving the last quarterly cases as their antic pieces and can only look at them always only instead of working on them faster who knows with this CHC-

Well it does give you time to prepare a better file and have stronger proof. Also takes out the notion that marriage was just for obtaining PR .. but then again in the end you have the same time of waiting to be together, or longer even, just not the headache and frustrations of waiting on CHC to have your file for processing.
So depends on what you consider is better ..

My wife received reply the other day, which I pray is a positive signal to all our processes held in interview queue. She sent the email enquiry on June 24, 2012 so it is taking CHC-ISB a very long time to respond. Others have received replys after a long wait too. InshAllah you will receive a reply soon. When did you send an equiry last?

It means they are going to waive the interview for your wife
