lol, don't worry, this happened to me too. my e-cas also had PUNJAB, INDIA. it's just a glitch, i'm sure they have the right address somewhere.
my husband has been receiving all his mail from CHC at his house, which is in Pakistan.
I suggest you email them about it just to be safe.

same happen mere saath bi huwa tha ecase per address thik tha but gcms men sponsor address wrong thaa phir hum ne Mississauga call karke thik karwaya

firstly many many congrags to everyone getting good news.for me i have not got my passport back yet :'( :'(
ecas says in process
i m too frustrated ... :'( :'(
today its exactly three months since i sent my passport
3 months n 10 days since i got my passport request...
n overall 22 months since applied
i m so helpless n really dont know what to do...
y is it taking them so late ??? ???
this is due to the stupid RPRF fee ..
aik RPRF fee in chc waloo say confirm nai hoti to background check n security check ya kia khaak krtay ho gay...
anoter example is lonely...
pls guys anybody reading my post i would beg u guys to pay the stupid RPRF fee asap please...

So sorry to hear that Maham. Hang in there girl just a lil bit more. Inshah ALLAH u will get it back soon. Just pretend that u have just sent them the passport and its on its way back in a week or less. INSHAH ALLAH. There is a RIGHT time for everything and ur RIGHT TIME is almost here.

in supplementary form point 1. they asked about number of passports issued... my husband had to update his passport due to some name problem in passport so should he write 1 passport or 2 passports in total?

Shud be 1. The passport number is the same right?

I think the correct reponse would be 1 because only the one passport would be valid.

No Need to explain on Separate sheet becuz they just ask What is the total number of passports issued to you including your current valid passport?
You just put 2.
but just for ur information they can check on there own on Government of Pakistan
