Absolutely you have to report them, send your photos you took with your wife, boarding pass.... , they should know that you have visited your wife, I decided to go because of this to report them that I come and visit my wife, they will not ask you from your visit.
About your wife, so u didn't pass second re-medical yet, in my opinion every changes comes to your status let them know, whether they will take action or not at least you inform them , in the future they will not say that you didn't inform us. BUT I am not pretty sure you have to ask these guys in forum, they have more experiences; by the way your wife is in Pakistan or Afghanistan?

I will wait for other to comment too. Thanks.

One question:

Is it beneficial to report the proof of visit to Islamabad of all your visits, or wait till they ask for it? I have not reported my last couple of visits to them, my wife is pregnant now, should I send them the info or not?

Thanks

Hi i'm sponsoring my husband and our case was a Jan 2010 case that got put in interview que and it was nikah only case. He recently had his interview and aH it went really well and they approved him now he's just waiting to get his passport back stamped.

About your question...from our experience you should send the embassy proof of all your trips together (pics, boarding passes, hotels etc) Because this process was taking so long decided to go to dubai for honeymoon and then the rest of the trips were of me going to paki and spending time w/his family in his house...i think all my trips paid off during his interview and the officer hardly asked him anything.

high season isnt that high if u book ur ticket 6 months prior to ur visit

for example i booked my ticket in Jan 2012 for first week of july to first week of july $1925 including taxes also there is a stopover at karachi for 6 hours

know that same ticket is for 2471$ on PIAs website including taxes

Youre very lucky that you can plan that far in advance. I start to freak out when I think about anything later than a couple of weeks in advance lol

And yea, youre right, advance booking prices are always cheaper. But its hard because the ticket is non-refundable and in case anything goes wrong, youre kind of stuck.

it depends on which test they did not perform

no matter what results will be sent to INDIA

I guess Abdul Wakil is wasting everyones time by making people wait almost a week to go back, I have a friend who did remedical and it was only 1 day.

They probably already did the initial review on your file. You are Nov 2010 file transfer. Wait till they ask for additional documents and then you can send them copy of your passport with entry and exit stamps. And copy of your tickets. You can voluntarily submit it too but your file is far into the process. It could possibly delay your case.

As far as pregnancy goes, your wife will not be able to get the second part of ReMedical (X-Rays) done during pregnancy as its unhealthy for the baby. It all depends when your wife gets the ReMed request. If she just became pregnant and recently got ReMed request, in that case you don't need to worry and just get the medicals done. If she is a few months into her pregnancy, in that case the second part of ReMed can't be done and it can only be done once the baby is born.

congrats to everyone with updates and positive news!!! may Allah bless us all....inshallah

when i applied it said 80% cases being finalized were 16 months and on my AOR it said 9 months...so if u ask me...the timeline applies to u as well...my case has been in process for 23 months TOTAL and counting from aor its been 21 months...hope this helps
