TOday I got the email reply from chc-isb after wait of month...in reply they said file in que to be review by immigration officer and they hv nt received med results yet :'(
New delhi has lost my med :'(
I got done with med on march 5//I had this doubt right from the day when they called me on 28th march to ask abt my med!! :'(
how come they r soooo carelessssssss :'( :'(

ANy one here ever heard or experienced this unusal incident ever? ? what should i do now ? ? ? :'(

No they didn't ask me re do!!!!
i called my dmp they said we send them on march 14..we don't hv contact with new delhi ...ask ur embassy to to tell new delhi that trace that results!

hey guys i heard that if ur with ur spouse t=during the time visa is going to issued to them then their visa and procesws will be delayed, and u will have to go to an interview.. when i was p[lanning to spend more then 6 months with my hubby in akistan well i spent a year people on this forum advised me to leave............ so how are u guys staying there for so long?

rackeya - I have heard of cases where wifes have went back-home to live with hubby with an extended period of time and they have gotten letters essentially asking why she has not gone back and to show proof that they plan to settle in canada. Basically they want you to come back make money and pay taxes - not to be with your hubby even though the waiting period is just ridiculous.. I am guessing these people inform CHC before they leave and tell them they are staying for so many months and at this point they start to question why the person is not going back - so in short I think yes it can delay your case.. solution is not to tell them you are going for extended period of time..

Yes sawera I hv receipt and I had already sent it to CHC_I!!!BUT now Im going to send copy of receipt& sec Aform and email them !and will ask my mp to E mail these attacthments to chc.

Mail this copy of receipt through TCS........as well attach the copy of the letter CIC sended u for (re-medical)......as well the e-mail copy which CIC posted for u......N a covering letter mentioning the situation...inshallah all b good.
