but i think you are spot on! these Aug-Dec 2010 cases have been stuck in some form or the other and there must b the same person looking after this batch...maybe they retired and left it for someone else or god knows wat else :S anyway, the point is that our cases are being delayed while 2011 cases seem to be going smoothly, MashAllah se...

hopefully our cases will be resolved soon as well, InshAllah

in october 2011 CHC transferred all files to chc london and i guess the old applications got stuck behind and they started to process 2011

i guess thats why so many 2010 cases are being processed slow

they are processing 2011 cases fast there are members from AUgusts 2011 who have heard from chc in the past week

remember there is no more parental applications being accepted by cic thats another reason why processing of spousal cases has picked up

hey, how come they have made u fill out the forms so many times and even after ReMed u were called for an interview? is ur case a nikkah only case? or anything else out of the ordinary that they are making u go thru all this?
