MAB , mind na karna par yar make sure k ghar k sab loog reliable hain bcz ho sakta hai tcs wala ata hoo aur recive karnay wala he dil ka saaf na hoo , bohat loog boht ghusay se meray is comment par react karain gay par aisa bhe hota hai bcz sab loog brabar nai hotay bcz embassy walay agaer kehtay hain k inhoon ne letter send kia hai to unhoon ne kia hota hai past main meray sath ye ho chuka hai fr wohi letter mujhay 6 mnth baad unhoon ne email main send kia tha

u r absoultly rite apne ap k ilawa kisi pai bhi trust nhi karna chahye siwae parentz k cz wo tu chahe gae k unki beti jald se jald apne ghar jae but inlawz mai se tu kisi par bhi trust na kro MAB u ko phicle letterz kaise mile hai ?

me nai TCS call centre call kar k maloom kara hai unho ne kaha k wo 3dayz delivered karte hai letter kisi ghar mai if koi recieved nhi karta tu wo 3 diin jate hai r call bhi karte hai cz letter par apka contact no hota hai phr wo wapis bhej daite hai if koi recieved nhi karta tou

they only post on residence address...aisa hota hai letters embassy send kerti hai per apko nahi miltay aisa mera sath bhi hua hai mera documents bhi gayab ho gaye tha ...q ka woh apko diya hi nahi jatay is liya ap tcs ki visatronix ki service lo .... jab bhi koi letter send kerna or documents send kerna hein

Hi forum members,

As you all know I am still waiting for a medical re-examination letter originally issued February 1, 2012. Numerous attempts to contact CHC Islamabad failed to get a response.
More than a month later, on March 4, 2012, I received a call from an immigration officer. He said they would courier it once again.

To date I have received no letter and no confirmation phone call.
My case continues to be delayed further and further and now I am really worried that the application is stalled.

I just want to ask that; do you think it's a good idea to go to Islamabad and contact embassy in person? Will they allow me to get in and will they provide me copy of my letter there.
Is it worth going?

They do not deal immigration related query on phone and they are not replying to any of my email or letter. It's not possible for me to get an appointment from embassy so I was thinking if I go and try to contact them there.

Few members have already advised me to go Islamabad and talk to them about your matter.
Please advise.

Hey there! I can imagine ur frustration...Before you arrange for a trip to ISL, how abt walking into the Canadian Consulate in KHI by beach luxury hotel- say tom morning?? Complain.. take ur papers with u and demand that you need a solution, and if they can't help I'M SURE with a urgent case like urs they can make contact with CHC-ISL and get ur permission to either enter the embassy there OR get ur letter to u either by fax or something. -give it a shot.... you hv nothing to lose- and again if it doesnt work ur next bet is heading to ISL but i doubt they would let u in without an appointment.

If Embassy sent you letter then you must received it if you didnt receive it mean something wrong becoz embassy jab letter send karti hay tu yah tu ordinary mail say ata hay ya registered depand on priority of letter and i received AOR + forms through ordinary mail not registered going CHC -I is not worth it

tcs ka through ayya tha jo mera inlaws mei receive kiya tha per woh mjhe nahi milla tha...so then i change my address now they contact my consultant...

ek new pblm khara hogya k ata hai r milta nhi ALLAH jane mai tu apne parentz k pass hn ALLHUMDULILHA my all inlawz all in lawz relatives in canada

Bahee CHC walay bi Insaan hain, oor i think jaab aap apna poraa case lay kar wehan jawo too koe waja nahee kay naa milaain. iss laiy my opinion kay usay CHC Islamabad zaror janaa chayee

Hot-lier is correct. A few people have tried going there and talk to them. Guess what? The security didn't even let them talk to anyone without an appointment and brushed them off.

Brother I havn't received any communication from CHC-Islamabad. The only thing I know through email is that they sent my wife a letter which isn't received by my wife yet.

great idea... Diplomatic enlave mai u cant enter MAB w/o an appointment. Karachi mai consulate jao, there is solution to every problem...prayers for u

don't you think writing more letters can pissed them?

Dear MAB,

Going to Islamabad would be a mistake. As this must have happened to many people ...e.g. danny4450 too. CHC cannot have so many people standing outside their door with paperwork and answer to each and everyone of them. Thats why I am sure they know how to deal with this.

I know how frustrating that can be.

Your best bet would be to fax and email them and MAIL then again email and fax to make sure something is done. Ask them to email you the letter they sent that would be quicker.

Going to Islamabad will do you no good.
