I received Residency Questionnare after Re Medical. I attached my Pay Stubs ( 2 year ),Tax Return (2 years) ,Credit Card/Debit Card ( almost 1 year) and Job letter from my Company.

Thanx. Glad to know I am not alone. they asked me the same stuff.
