Cover letter is always a better practice and there is no harm in hand written letter as long as you don't have to go there to read it to them. Just kidding, my handwriting is not so good so I thought I would just incude that instruction too. LOL.

Helllllo everyone! MashAllah! I hv my medical tomm morning! Im taking with me 5photos, original and 2 photocopies of passport, Appendix C, the med request paper and NIC copies (just in-case) Any other suggestions? any tips towards to the medical would be much appreciated. Also, when i get the receipt Ive also got my PPR so I wanna send my passport tomm as well. Do I have to type up a cover letter and attached the receipt to it and send with my passport? Can i send it handwritten?

One more thing... Wen CIC sent me the requests they sent it to my mailing address since I stay with my parents but on the "Medical Report Client ID and Summary" it says my home address (husbands)so, when they return my Passport, will they send it to my mailing address like they did this time?

You don't have to write much at all like we do in Pakistan. just write,
Dear Immigration Officer,
I am submiting my passport as required by your office.
If you do need any further information or document please don't hesitate to call me at 0123-456-789. Thanks.
Yours very truly,
YOUR NAME
Tel: 0123-456-789
Address here
and email address at the end

Sawera is saying that women are angels as figure of speech, implying that they bless their husbands home when they go there. She does not mean that women are angels literally. iftikhar505 and mapleaves you both seems to have lot of resentment and hatred for women, I wonder if you see your mothers that same way. As if your mothers are financial burden for your fathers. Learn to love and respect your wife if you want the same thing from her. My wife loves and respects me and deserves the same from me. If you think your wife is only after your money, perhaps that says more about you then her.

According to my knowledge people can move whenever they need to so the best way is to inform them that you are currently staying at this address so ask them to please send my Passport back to this address, (and say) Your co-operation in this matter would be very much appreciated. Its on open forum so I will write when ever I feel like it. There is no reference in Quran about women as angles, and neither did Sawera claim that she is quoting Quran. You brought in religion in this and that is how I answered you, because I dont want people to think that Islam is anti women religion.
No need to take offense in what I wrote, take a deep breath think about what I wrote. Pray to Allah to remove these negative thoughts about women from your heart. May Allah help you.

Don't lie you have mentioned quran in the begining and now you want to run away from it because you can't prove nothing from any religion. I have nothing against women but why you women think that you are bunch of angels. when ever they would in more in hellfire. that means angels would be in hell fire.
