Alhamdulilah my wife received her PPR request today .... Unfortunately she couldn't send the form today back cause of stupid TCS timings between 8 and 11 in the morning

NO PCC but a supplementary form was sent to update my passport number (sponsor)

It is updated information which was updated in January 2011.

my husband finally left today after 4 months to canada, now separated again God knows for how long! Even tried emailing the CHC-ISB but no luck. So, now i have finally agreed my husband to contact his MP once he reaches there. Can anyone please guide me how to contact the respective Mp and is it woth it?

And congrats to all the people those who are receving their PPrs ... PLease do pray for us tooo

It is 12 months then. They will finish the applications off soon. I am sure they are sick of it too. This is the first time i see applications getting PPR each and one by one every day.

You are one of those lucky persons who falls in 50% cases category... and that is 9-12 months.. We are discussing about 80% cases category which they mentioned on thier website takes 16 months... and your case must be straight forward... no rukhsati objection etc.. and you should have sent in enough proofs & stuff to satisfy them... well I would say Luck Counts much....Congratulations once again... You are lucky for not getting the additional documents etc which saved your 3 month atleast....

I mentioned in the application that I performed the Ruksati and Valima as well... Like I gave them pictures of my wife coming down the hall into the car etc and then for the valima showed approx 30 pictures with different family members at Shane muglia etc. Also gave them pictures of us going out before the ceremony and then after the ceremoney as well. Plus all our chats, phone call from Rogers and other sources, multiple emails and money transfers from RBC.

The Pakistan website says 12 months it's been like this for the past 1 year so nothing special but yes ppr are on the way for many people and 2009 case wait until end march those file are going to be cleared first quarter must end 2009 files.

By the way sending email or calling them it's all logged in caip system but must be limited.

Example you send a email the date today is 23rd of february and your bfd is 28 of February when the data entry officer register the email log to caip note your bfd changes from 28 February to bfd chosen by data entry officer according to the file number sequance or the data entry officer may leave the same date if it's a bfd set by a reviewing officer.

To make it simple a program called ((eraccess)) is used in automated email system which mean when you enter your FILE number to send a email and the file is not within it's bfd or within it's 9 months or so the system automatically logs the email in your file numberin caip system and send you a generic email response. If the email is sent and the file number is in actual review the email will be logged again but a different type of generic email will be sent.

Let's say you send a email first time and it's been 9 months a system alert will advise the officer the file number as reach a level of attention or the file number is nearing it initial review period. But then again emails are generic that can be different from case to case and reply are mostly common.

It was 9 months in last year but now since January 13, it has changed to 12 months.

thats not only for Islamabad cases that is average for all cases including all countries, for Islamabad it's steel 16 months.
