Hi all today my wife recieved a letter
stating that

• Please provide evidence that your sponsor has established in Canada. This could include the following:
employment letter,
pay stubs,
utility bills in his name,
lease agreement,
copy of drivers licence and health card,
T4 notice of assessment,
bank statement showing upto date transactions.
• Proof of ongoing contact/communication with spouse including but not limited to phone records, cards/letter with envelops, emails, money transfer receipt etc.
• Any non-wedding related photos from time spent with you and family.

my case was with decision making officer and now

what do u suggest me to do?
these days i am full time student and have no employment certificate and pay stubs,,,should i send them my university id card copy insteed of the pay stubs and employment certificate.?
i also have car should i send them my isurance and ownership papers ?
the only contact i have with my spouse is via skype and phone what should i do?

My hubby have to send all that too.

and one quick question i sent my 2010 T4 to CPC Missauga when i added my child in july 2011,, but they are asking for that again and i dont have it.
i called CRA and ordered the same but i will get these in 7 to 10 days...
so the question is should i send the the Notice Of Assessment which i have with all other Documents and when i recieve T4 i will email that

Mr/Mrs Mohammad,

In my humble opinion and at your service, I would like to suggest that you order CAIPS/GCMS around the date when your file was transferred to ISB because generally the BF date is exactly a year after when they receive it, they take about a month to provide you with CAIPS and by then the first review would have been performed and you would know the picture better

Thank u so very much ... I am aware that we can order CAIPS as many times as we like but just wanted some idea of wen it's really a good time to see sum progress in it. and not jus order for the heck of it... ;D thanx again

True thats what the application instructions said send medical with original documents to avoid delays

we did send PCC not the medical We just didnt send since eventually it expires before they even get their hands on the file and then u wait for a request for Re-med so now wen i know that approx a year from AOR they start your initial review ill get the first medical in file- HOPEFULLY wont hv to wait for re-med. Just TRYING to save CIC from wasting my time. lol but im sure they have recipes to waste time another way ....

U can order CAIPS its doesnt hurt ur case or anything u can order as mani times as u like throughout the process....

u send ur remed n repcc forms after u applied?
its saves time if u had send it together at once....

I had sent PCC not the medical, cuz the initial medical u hav the option to do. once u send ur initial medical you cnt get a RE-med without a request from CIC. Now my PCC is expired and my medical cn be done still so will send both updated documents before my files 1 year date. Thats actualy y i asked when is a good time to order caips

Not u but some of them r against N they think if somebody come N say bad n cheap words in this forum.....so they think one of their sis is doing.......a women can never go that cheap(down) the way some of my brothers think.
