Same thing happened to my address and my file was transferred almost at the same time as yours. My address has been disappeared since February 4, so let’s hope we will receive something from CHC soon.
One more thing I would like to mention. I have phone number of my area’s postman. I called him and he was on vacation from last 2 weeks and he will be back to his work after one week, so altogether 3 weeks. When I asked him regarding who is distributing post while you are on vacation, his reply was no one, I will collect all the mail for 3 weeks and distribute. So its mean if the postman is on vacation then mail gonna be sitting in the post office for that long.
