I talked to an Indian lawyer just now, and he said that if your medical and police certificate have expired and you have proofs of your visits to Pakistan or trips together to other countries. Then, you should send them updated medical, police certificate, and proofs of your visit before the VO officer open and review your file. You DON'T send them IMM forms until it has been requested. And, make sure that whenever you send them any additional documents, you include your full name, DOB, and your file number.
By sending them these updated documents, you save couple months. Is he right? or is he fos?
