WHAT ....But why man. What was your situation if you don't mind sharing. Was the guy who interviewed you a Pakistani guy or Canadian. That to me sound very cruel and sound like typical Pakistani badmashi type. That's nasty for them to do this kind of behavior.

How long was the interview, what he they ask, you had it in English or interpreter. Please if you don't mind, because our case is in interview queue too, and this makes me very nervous.

My local MP office sent me my reply this afternoon, please read below:

We receive a note for your husband file from Islamabad.
(This application is currently in process and is in queue for initial review.
Currently applications created in Feb. 2010 are in process for initial assesment.
This application was created in April 2010 and would be processed for initial assesment in upcoming months)

I was reading all the posts from page 270 and seems like we all (including me) have our own assumptions about what's happenning
with our file's but honestly we don't see how things are in actual being handled in ISB CHC. I have a friend who worked in ISB CHC 5 years
and even her husbands case took almost 3 years and he was her cousin too. I just hope that 2010 cases will be finalized by the end of 2010 and we can all start living a normal married life. This long distance marriage is getting frustrating, and how can it remain Genuine if your partner is not
with you ... Do they know their marriages are Genuine? This Genuine questions has been on my mind ever since I applied, I was like no one can predict the future so how can ISB CHC take on a decision like that. Just a view (no offense to anyone)

If you want to know what marriage their dirty mind consider genuine than just walk into any corner shop or Shoppers Drug Mart and look for the magzines normally located close to the cashier counter, just flip any magzine page and read the story this is what they call genuine in their society and all stories are belong to big names. You will find many stories titles with pic's at front page like;eg. Mr. A wife is pregnant while he is still struglling with his previous divorce. Mr. A caught on ex-wife. Mr.A found guilty cheating with wife.

Yesterday I walked into a cornerstore and saw the title with pic's Brade is in hot water after having relation with two wifes.

Ofcourse what ever media & acting star's do same is followed by that society average citizens.

Guys, my wife called the MP office asking them to contact CHC-Isb regarding any updates or documents that may require. It turned out that they sent a letter for remedical but it did not reach our house address. So we emailed the CHC-Isb and they sent us the scanned copy of the letter today.

Dekain jo forms Embassy say aya hai is may sab likha ho ga in ko kiya chaiya sirf wohi sent karain agar Police certificate nai manga no need to send it.Sirf jo letter aya hai is ki aik copy attach kar day gia.

Khud say is forms kay sat kuch nai send karna hai.
