It depends which career you belongs to. E.g for oil and gas professionals, Calgary is the best place. For construction people, fort Mcmurray. For industries, accounting and other careers, Toronto is better but has tense competition due to population. Toronto has high taxes but due to high population, supply is bulk which reduces the prices. While in Calgary and other cities, there is no provincial taxes but transportation cost and low competition in the suppliers, stores, prices are high.
