Alhum do Lillah, It give me the owner with pleasure to say that my wife got a call from CHC-I at 9:30 PK time to advised her they are sending PPR letter today with TCS and she needs to send the passport along with ticket reservation as soon as possible because medical is expiring on Oct 30,2011 and she must leave PK before that (Masha Allah La Kuwa Ta Illah Billah) We were chating online and she said 1 mint plz I got a call.

Now this ecase address does make logic (Aug29 to Sep 22 address disappeared - email response File is with immigration officer for review)
From Sep 27 to Sep 30 disappeared - email response file is with decision making officer. Also CAIPS were due on Sep 22 but received a letter on Sep 26th saying that consultation required with department before releasing CAIPS thus required 60 days.

Below is my timeline:
File to CPC-M : DEC 7,2009
CHC AOR & ECASE: JAN 25,2010
Remedical & Rukhsati Objection:OCT 21,2010
RePCC: OCT 29,2010
From JAN 5 2011 TO AUG 2,2011 - every email response said file is in interview Q
CHC Received Rukhsati proof : AUG 17,2011
CHC call about PPR: OCT 5,2011

Yeah just pay for one way for now and when they send you the passport back with supporting documents, you pay them cash on delivery.

On this forum most of the people are living in Pakistan and some in Canada.
Once advice I want to give to all who are in Pakistan right now: spend as much time with your family cause once you are here you shouldn't be putting your stress on the one who already lives here!
For those who are already here and sponsoring from the other side of the world: tell your other half to be ready to be away from their daddy, mommy and this and that!!

When we sponsor our loved one, it takes all the energy from us to send inquiry to Islamabad, to go to mp every now and then and on top of that to hear the "why don't you hire a lawyer to do our work the right way and faster"! And when together after years of waiting...they start "i miss my mom"! oh ya we all love our family members but once you decide to go on the other part of the world to start a new life then you shouldn't act like a baby who needs a bottle from the mother!!

For those who are still waiting for the other half...I say enjoy your own company for the time being and stop stressing yourself cause you will need some of the energy when they are here:) relationship starts when both are together and NOT on the phone anymore!!

LOL..... you are rite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks very much to all of you and to all other's whom I miss the names (Apologies in advance) for wishing me. Waiting time was going ok from the start up until June 2011 but from the last 4 months I just gave up on them as someone just mentioned that worst part is when you don't get informed on true information you are looking for.

Resham/Mariah sister as I said (guess) yesterday that one reason on delaying our CAIPS for 60 days is due to possibility that our cases could be so close to finalize [Cases are with decision making officer] and CHC-I might have advised them that they are anticipating a decision within the next 60 days so put a hold on release till a decision is made. This lead me to conclude that Insha Allah both of you should be getting something good within next 60days. My CAIPS are due on Oct 22nd with 60 days notice and received PPR call on Oct 5th.
