ab visa kub aye ga yarrr agay eid aa rhi hai ... its been 8 days today since they got the passport

InshAllah before they go on holidays for EID. They are off on Wednesday and Thursday to lets hope by tomorrow he gets it

We sail in the same boat, it's been a month on my side as well. Anyway, I just wanted to ask you something. Did the CHC send out the passport request and Re-med together? If so, then what documents/forms did they send in mail and what exactly did they request from you?

BFD = Bring Forward Date- This is the date when they open your file for review next. And the medical results always go to New Delhi, because thats where CHC's medical results headquarter is for our countries. All medical results go their and get entered in their database. Nothing gets sent to CHC-Islamabad, they only look at the electronic assessment of your medical results after its been entered in their system from New Delhi.

When are you planning to go to Karachi? If its next week, then you can probably go to Lahore the next day after you land in Karachi and get over with it. BTW.. Did you add your daugther on the application after or with the initial application?

I am leaving following week on Sep 9th. Let's see may be I can get appointment in Karachi otherwise I will go Lahore.
