By Complexities I meant all the attention CHC pays to minor changes in file and trials & Queues they put our cases in.. isn't this Q of Qs seems complex to you

Np bro.. Revenue Canada has working hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm and it varies a bit based on different services. Its the end of the month so their phone lines would be crazy busy this week.

Its not about them being busy at this hour, rather the hours of operation, I know that they open at 8 am, but today when I called the line was no response just as if you would call a government office on a weekend u hear a recording to cl back within regular business hours!!!

My wife is trying to get appointment with doctor .Also I am visiting Pakistan After Eid so If she doesn't get apptmnt in Karachi then we will go to Lahore or somewhere.

Pray for me to get these thing done within time.

You have 30 days to respond to them from the date of the letter. As long as you get the medical done in the next 20-25 days and send it off, you should be okay, but try to have it done ASAP. This way by the time your BFD comes your wifes medical results are updated by New Dehli, so they would issue the PPR then otherwise they would issue a new BFD date of 45 days after your initial BFD which could take upto 3 months till her PPR unless they send PPR after a few days of Remed themselves.

Hi Danny ,

To understand your email, I need to know what is "BFD" and Why "New Dehli" is updating Medical ?

BFD = Bring Forward Date- This is the date when they open your file for review next. And the medical results always go to New Delhi, because thats where CHC's medical results headquarter is for our countries. All medical results go their and get entered in their database. Nothing gets sent to CHC-Islamabad, they only look at the electronic assessment of your medical results after its been entered in their system from New Delhi.

According you to post time you called before 814AM easter time and they open at 830AM so try again a little later...
