Gays please tell me I am casual smoker I told my medical consultant during my medical that I do casual smoking so now what will b impact on my case.
They will reject me or give me more delay in immigration process.

I dont think it will make any impact on ur case.. Spouses are classified in two medical categories

M19 E - This means the partner is physically fit and will not be a burden on Canadian Health Care System
M29 E- This means the partner is not physically fit and will be a burden on Canadian Health Care System but because he/she falls in the spouse sponsorship categor so he/she is exempted.

SO nothing to worry

so total time mer aabhi kitna hoa hai? i mean i start couting from dec 30th right ?? yani 1 yr honay wala hai ???ya 13th nov se shuru ho ga???

you know its weird...i know many people that applied for spousal sponsorship in the beggining of the year 2009 - up until about May - and all of them got thier PPR. It is the people that applied in the late 2009 - from like June onwards - that are still waiting. I see many people have almost the same timeline as mine and it just upsets me that we are all waiting.

I Inquired about my background check from CSIS Canada and yesterday they called at my wifes house to inquire about her but her family members told them that she is not in the country and staying with her husband in Pakistan. So the CSIS attendant said that we are sending her a letter about the information on the background check probably we will receive this letter today...but i am very sure it will just say "Background check is in progress"

u should start counting for ur husband PR application from december 30th but plz tell me u applied from Quebec because u got reply in french.

yes i applied from quebec....
i shud count from 30th dec ??? means 12 months ??
