Address was dispearing before my wife recieved re-pcc / IMM forms then the remedical which is all done 2months ago. Currently as of my last e-mail reply i got from CIC about 12 days ago the application is in queue with decision making officer and now last couple days the address is dispearing again. I have a feeling PPR is on its way.

When address disappears it usually means they are updating information on your file (i.e. Remedical results). This means you will receive your PPR soon in the mail InshAllah ;D

My dearest sis please don't cry, i've been there and done that and it does not help at all. The only thing that I found comfort in was talking to Allah (swt) and doing lots of dua. I have mentioned this before but I feel like He (swt) made a miracle for me that within 5 months our case went from being uncertain to having a visa in our hands. Don't feel despair sis through the hard and the easy times Allah (Swt) is always there for you. I always found strength in asking Him to do whatever is best for us and you should do the same. My "rukhsati" was a bunch of people gathered around a table cutting a cake LOL and me there without any makeup wearing ordinary clothes and yet it was fine for them so if you will ask Allah (Swt) He will do whatever is best for you. Don't be upset and cry instead take actions that will help you. Crying and being sad doesn't get anything done and just makes you feel worse.

You are always in my duas and I pray that Allah (swt) will take you out of this situation soon and will give you good news. Remember He can do the impossible so ask Him and you will be amazed by what you will be given ;D INSHALLAH

Thanks sister...your words gave me hope...you are right...crying will not help at all..rather make me frustrated even more...but sometimes I just can not help it...when I came back here and applied for him, I thought may be 9 months? or max 1 year...? but it has been 15 months since I have applied and still I am alone here... :'( everyone has the same question to ask, when is your husband coming?
Anyways I wish you all the best for your upcoming life and you will be in my prayers :-*...thanks once again for cheering me up...

Thats exactly what I mean, I hope it doesn't happen to anyone but god forbid if the case is delayed for any reason then it gets even harder for a pregnant woman to do everything by herself. This immigratoin process is so sensitive that even with a little mistake it can go the other way so thats why me and my wife have decided that we will start our family once we are together and suffer everything together and we are both happy with what we have decided. Thats just me but everyone thinks differently and have their own openions.

Well the past address would dispear and come back constantly for atleast 2 weeks before i read here its normal, now talking about current dispearence been 3 days since i noticed.

- Order your CAIPS notes in which they have mentioned all key points which drag your file towards rejection (Not genuine marriage primarily acquiring for status section A64(A)...............
- When you will file you will get Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) File number but your client id will remain same.
- You will need to send additional proofs to IAD (Immigration and Refugee Division) of IRB with mentioning of your IAD file number
- Your CAIPS note will help you a lot to address their requirement. and now you need to spend more time with your spouse and have joint obligations. (Joint Bank A/c, Money transfer, attending parties together, another honeymoon trip, have baby etc)
- Yes you can do it by yourself if you have ability it is not necessary to have lawyer
