hehe yes same here...been long my hubby got his re-med two weeks ago and he submitted that so now we are just waiting to hear from them...I will order CAIPS notes in a month to check on the progress...congrats I just saw that jiii ja jii got his passport back with visa mashAllah...ahem! I hear the SHENAIYA in the air now haha just like old movies ... ;D

What is ur timeline? my AOR date is 23 August and it still says "Application received on 23 August 2010". It hasnt changed to "in process" which is a bit worrying given that we are approaching July 2011

Walekum Assalam .. I still have some time to go.. Its been 5 months since my wife's case was transferred to Islamabad. Don't worry about the E-case status, they don't always update it. If things go with the pace they are going right now, you should be hearing something soon.

AOA to ALL: Many Congrates to all of them who received Passport back and/or PPR. Again by judging the timeline, it seems as though they usually take 3 to 4 weeks to stamp visa.

Question for those who have Passport back: For how much duration they issued visa.

hey guys my wife emailed me this morning and sadi islamabad called her and said that they are sending her re-med along with ppr with the grace of Allah SWT .... i have to go to work ill msg later if any one has any questions

my wife has gotten her passport back today as well took one month, got the ppr on June 1st, got the passport back on June 29... now to find a flight

congrats to everyone else who has received their pp back, and IA everyone else will get theirs by EID

Question for those who have Passport back: For how much duration they issued visa.

Looking at the timelines of a few posters on here, it takes anywhere from 30 - 60 days for the passports to come back with the Visa. They stamp the Visa on the passports @ a particular date, so lets say if you sent your passport on may 15th and someone else sent it on June 1st, both of them would have come back with this batch.
