You might be able to get a deal out of them call the Customer Service and find out what they can do. I know for sure that if you have their digital service which is known as the optikTV which runs on the internet so they have to provide a broad bandwidth and that makes the internet faster too because if internet is not fast then TV doesn't work properly.

yah i know telus is not good for internet, well rite now i have shaw service i'm satisfied with it but im looking for more cheap wht the phone n internet.

i got stock wit them for 1.5 years n then i cancelled my contract.....

i say fido n rogers are good with phone
but rogers internet is wayyy better then any internet out there.......

Thats why I said none of them are good. In Alberta there is only telus and shaw. And shaw is very expenisive with limited internet...

Personally I hate telus! their customer support sucks, theri services are bad, but in Alberta your options are limited! I am with Rogers for cell phone since 2001 never had any issues and if I had an option to go to rogers for the internet I would have but here its only Telus and Shaw. So I have the bunddle with them, Landline/TV/Internet and that way I get the bunddle discount, free PVR rental and a few more goddies.

its home phone + internet service $ 60 n if i cancel hone phone it will cost me $ 50,,,, but with telus tht wht they r telling me $ 20 charge for 6 month its wht cell phone.

What would they be charging after 6months? and at what speed?
