Hi All,

I emailed ISB a couple months ago and they said that my file was in cueue for initial review. Background checks were completed for the application.

Now, I emailed them again and it says its in cueue for review by immigration officer.

What does this mean?? how much longer do you guys think it will take before a final decision is made?? med & pcc have expired.

Any ideas??

also, do you guys think it helps if you send additional proof? i.e. boarding cards etc etc if u r visiting ur spouse? or it really does not matter?

after complete review of it I got to know that IO asked for Re-Medical on 14-Mar-2011 and they sent a request letter on 16-May-2011..

after complete review of it I got to know that IO asked for Re-Medical on 14-Mar-2011 and they sent a request letter on 16-May-2011..

all i can see that on 14 Mar 2011 it says "Send new med and put file in wvr queue".

than on 05 Apr 2011 again it says "Pls issue Meds".

again on 21 Apr 2011 file reviewed by Decision Making Officer and put notes "relationship geniun, New meds to be requested, PHEP (PPR), and PPC - Nothing Adverse".

than again on 26 Apr 2011 it says "Pls Issue Meds and send PHEP Ltr with Meds"

finally on 16 May 2011 "Med sent along with prepared PHEP ltr"

i dono kis ko bura kahon system ko yah phr wahan ke staff ko..

Yeah they did the same to my wife's file, meds were requested with the rePCC and IMM request in Feb and My wife got it in May pretty sad to see how they work overthere..

according to my caipes notes.....they were convinced abt our relation in dec 2009....

Who cares now man, you already got the PPR. Bura kehne se guzra hua waqt dobaara thori aayega. Just think of it this way, it wasn't the best in Allah's eye so he delayed your process...
