they give you the link type it on browser and you can get then, and also you can find them in www.cic.gc.ca

but they send you the link on the letter which has been send to you by CHC islamabad its there

For the actual supplementary information form that is now a requirement for citizens of Pakistan and they normally send out with the other IMM forms click the link below:

Wes bro my husband just wrote not applicable in all of this militray form and he didnt sign it is that ok?
since he didnt has such as training or etc

Your husband will be asked to refill forms again as they may assume some one else filled the forms without his concent due to missing signatures.

We simply wrote N/A but got the request to refill with instructions that write in full "Not Applicable"

If they don't see it, then great! But if they see it and the signature is not there, they will ask you to fill it again.

So finally the remedical is done for my wife, and she has sent the receipts by TCS already, also I will be emailing the scanned copy of the receipts. Now paitiently waiting for PPR InshAllah...Keep us in prayers!

OK i want to know if the embassy is on CRACK
because i have send 3 emails asking for my husbands file number n they keep sending
the same response " ur case is in process n in que for initial review"

It has been 7 months now n still no immigration file number............

They are quite useless lol sis it seems like they love your file too much don't want to share the info with you. What if you asked your mp to find out? I don't know if that will work or not but it's worth a try right? I hope they respond with your file number soon inshAllah they take long for everything
