Recently I got a chance to spoke to the immigration lawyer of the company where I worked. I just asked her about the immigration system. She told me clearly that Immigration officers have very high powers and they can do whatever they like to do. Thanks to the conservative government. They are not afraid to be audited or questioned, so if they are pissed off then they will just leave your file aside and no one can do anything. Imagine this is the words and suggestions of one of the experienced immigration lawyer. Bottom line, submit your case and forget about that. Contacting MPs, Minister or anyone else will not make any difference.

Yep Alhumdolillah! We got engaged in 2003 but I didn't want to disturb her studies. She was studying, so we waited until she was in her last year and then got married and I thought by the time she is done her studies she will get the VISA but it has been about 6 months extra that she has finished her studies and still no VISA

awww...sweet ...Visa will come too inshAllah...CIC wants everyone to finish doing everything that they want to do with their lives and then reunite with their partners when nothing else is left to do I guess hehe I should quiz you two and see how much have you known about each other in past 6 yrs I bet she knows more about you than you know about her...

After Canada Post strike last week in order to continue the trend Air Canada's customer service agents and other airport workers are on strike now after negotiations between their union and the airline failed to reach an agreement.

Bang on Let those greedy CEO's step down. My freind told me yesterday that a group of peoples are on hunger strike outside Queens Park and their strike is on Insurance companies rate.

Who is next ?

because i have send 3 emails asking for my husbands file number n they keep sending
the same response " ur case is in process n in que for initial review"

It has been 7 months now n still no immigration file number............
