Hi guys i just have a few questions! :)

1) Are AOR recieved anymore? i heard that AOR's are no longer recieved? true or false?

2) When i sent in my papers i sent it approx.20-25 pictures of my engagement, wedding, family gatherings, and our dates, phone bills containing how much we talk and texts throughout the months, our engagement and wedding video (which was returned to me, explaining that islamabad will request this from me later on in the process, is tht correct?) phone cards that we used to talk to each other, and i explained we interacted on the internet. Do you believe thats reasonable amount of prove, or will they be asking for more.

3) I also explained that i am now living with my husband in Karachi? was that the right thing to do?

I'd also like you guys to give me feedback on my case please if you would like :)

Okay so here it goes:

I got married when i was 15, 3 years ago, now im 18 and this febuary 2011 my husbands case was processed. When i sent in his papers, i got on the next flight to karachi, and i've been living with him since then. This is the second time ive seen him, and ive been in contact with him for 3 years.

what do you guys think of my case? do you think it wont be genuin in their eyes?

Hi guys i just have a few questions! :)

1) Are AOR recieved anymore? i heard that AOR's are no longer recieved? true or false? - Most of the new cases have not received it yet so i think that is not an issue

- I think that proof is reasonable but if u have more proof than send that as well.

3) I also explained that i am now living with my husband in Karachi? was that the right thing to do? - Here is the main problem they will ask you how u gonna support ur husband if ur living with him. If u plan to live with him until the process is complete than i think that is not a good thing to do. If you are a canadian citizen ur trip to Pakistan should never be of more than 6 months. That doesn't matter if u tell them that ur in Pakistan or not they can always check ur record.

I'd also like you guys to give me feedback on my case please if you would like :)

what do you guys think of my case? do you think it wont be genuin in their eyes? - I think it will be genuine but there will be a problem if u keep staying in Pakistan until the process is complete

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask something and would really appreciate if anyone would answer me... especially those who are done with their remedical. My wife got a call from CHC Islamabad right now and the person was inquiring if she has done her remedical or not. She received her remedical request on 3rd may and got an appointment on 23rd may. We sentthe remedical receipt proof to Isl a few days after the remedical and when I emailed them the tracking number of the medical receipt and some added contact proofs and asked them if they have received it or not, they confirmed that they have. My wife told the guy on the fone that IOM sent out the results last wednesday to India. He said okay and that it takes 3-4 weeks to come from INDIA and he just wanted to confirm if she has done her remedical or not. So can anyone tell me what his phone call mean? Is it normal or something unusual? I was just worried. Thankyou

Ok in your application u have given a gurantee that u will support ur huband for three years and if ur in Pakistan for an year that will 95% will cause u trouble. If you stay in Pakistan for more than 6 months they always create trouble for u and tell u that we think that you dont have any intent of going back to canada.

There are few forum members here who have stayed in Pakistan for continuously more than 6 months and they are in trouble.

no worries... i guess they were just checking to make sure that your case is geniune or not . i heard they do randomly calls to ask some question to make sure the person is correct,,,, your next step is PPR InshALLAH

Yes Email them to get your File # and nothing else for now. Didn't u get AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) ?

The processing of file has been started at CHC Islamabad and now your file would be in long queue for initial review but don't loose heart just start something beneficial keep urself busy in study or job or something like.

All the best
