Read the form guidelines Go on section 11 of IMM0008_1e.. You are only suppose to provide information related to Personal History since age 18.. and not for last 10 years...

in the supplementary form you have to provide history for which ever is the longer period of time for you. 10 years or numbers of years after you turned 18. so for example if you are 22 you have to provide history for last 10 years. but if you are 32 you have to provide history since age 18.

Supplementary form and even older IMM0008 says:

11. Personal history. - You must account for every month during the past 10 years or since the age
of 18, whichever period is longer. Under “Activity”, print your occupation or job title if you were
working. If you were not working, enter what you were doing (for example, unemployed,
studying, travelling).

But the updated (01-2009) IMM 0008 form now only asks history since the age of 18. I hope that clears some confussion...

Yes in the start of November i wrote email to CHC-ISL and they replied back by saying that re-medical will be issued once the background check is completed on your file.... The BFD case on my file was start of December and now my MP has inquired and he told me that background check is over and i will be receiving a letter from CHC-ISL in 1-3 weeks.
I dont understand anything about this background checks, few of our members on this forum still under background checks even after doing their re-medical and re-PCC. They have been waiting for responsose for 4-5 months after sending their re-medical...

You don't get any acknowledgment after re-medical. You only get one AOR when Islamabad receive your full application from Mississauga. Ask you lawyer he/she may have got it if not your husband.

Huma: Have you already got the approval from MICC?
