UK Spousal process is toooooo fast then Canada.....My cusin applied for his wife only took 2 months she got visa for two years. ..... Unfairrrrrrrrrrr really...............

applied cic-m sept 2008
file transfer to cic-isl oct 2008
aor letter of 6 months recieved
March 2009 objection letter
April 2009 reply to objection
September 2009 medical expired
November 2009 MP said case not looking good
December 2009 hired lawyer
March 2010 nikkah again + rukhsati
December 2010 file with decision officer
March 2011 imm forms, pcc and remedical
April 2011 sent forms with remedical
June 4 2011 PPR

Congrats! your long wait is over finally...Happy togetherness!

when u receive aor letter from islamabad,,,,their will be a client id number go on cic website,,,, applicant status,,,,continue,,,continue...select client id,,,number,,,,name,,,,date,,,, where u born,,,continue.

U only need to fill the applicant part not anything else..all other columns gets N/A i.e spousal. Thats what my lawyer said and thats what my wife did and she has the passport with visa on it now. So guess we were not wrong and so are u..eek month mai ajay ga ap ka visa..cheers
