chc-isb 2009 applicants.... Any luck?

hi there my husband applied for me in sept 2009 and my case started procesing in Islamabad on 31st October 2009..
Siince then they have only contacted me twice once for the additional documents and twice for filling out the supplementary information form and re-doing my police certificates in july 2010...Since then there has been no contact with them....
Please post your experiences and success stories as well,

Helllo, my case processing also started on 31st October, 2009, and i have been contacted only once for supplementary information form......no news as of yet.....

And I have been not contacted by them even a single time and I dont want them to contact me as I have attached all the documents to them plus send additional supporting doc's on Sep 16. Just process my file there is no need to cotact for additional info and to delay the process where as they have every thing on my file

no luck started application for my wife in nov 2009 have submitted pcc, remedical and updated imm forms back in aug 2010 have not heard anything as well inshallah maybe next month.

you are lucky that you got the remedical as well they have not yet requested me for re-medical i expired in july 2010
there is no hard and fast rule in CHC_ISB they can ask for random things no set pattern their services sucks

Hey shaimaa sister you already helped give me once back in july and thanks for that. I just havent been in the forum for a while I have been reading the posts to get a better idea of where i stand and if i had any trouble I would definitely seek advice because these forums are great. I really hope and pray that you get your request. Iam tired of waiting and waiting I know its not within our control but I just feel like me and my wife's life is on hold right now and cant do anything except pray to allah to answer our prayers and unite all of us with our loved ones. Inshallah whoever does an act of good deed for the sake of allah will get its reward paid in full. Good luck

i am glad that my advised helped you . You are soo right that Allah will help us IA and guess he has since right now my mother is not feeling well for quite a while and had the oopourtunity to stay with her but if my visa had come thru i had to leave so i guess Allah is the best planner for all!

My application was transferred to chc-isl back in august 2009..they started processing it on 24th sept..since then they have contacted me for filling supplementary form,some addidition evidences..updated pcc and remedial...i did my remedial on 26th august 2010..now m waiting..hoping to get the ppr soon IA...fingers crossed ??? We have close timelines..jaweda and shaima ...do keep us updated..hopefully we ll get the pprs next month IA

and like most of u know...i am tht unlucky person who has sponsored her hubbby in june2009
case processing started in aug 4 2009.....i have been contacted once for updated police certificate in april 2010....n uptill now nothing....

im new here...ive been soo terribly tensed... i hav no idea wat is happening to my file...
my case started processing on nov 27, 2009 in cic-isb..... my medical has expired on 24th sep 2010....i emailed them to ask wats the update and they replied exactly the same as shaimaa's reply......any idea wat will happen next? how long does it take in re-med?
