Hi there,
Last year my common-law partner and I lived together in Korea for a complete year and I'm finalizing our documents to apply for her outland application. Unfortunately we only have a photocopy of our lease agreement (in Korean), not a certified true copy or the original. I have had a certified translation made, but I'm worried that it might not be valid without a certified true copy.
What do you recommend in this case? Should I
a) hand it in as is, or
b) sign the translated version of the lease and hand that in (because English documents do not require a certified true copy), or
c) something else?
many thanks for your help!
