I got my certificate dated 4th Oct 2019, now its already 30 Nov and I just got my ITA last 28 Nov. My COE shows that I have worked in the company: 2015-Present. Will this COE still be valid if I submit it now? Or do I need to get a new one which is dated Nov or Dec since I am probably submitting my forms on Dec since I am still missing some documents.

Hi there, the COE from my employer here in Canada has this extra lines below. The HR just copied the wordings of the COE from the offer of employment and didn't edit this part. Will this cause some confusion? Should I ask them to remove this instead? Thank you.
