CEM WORK PERMIT (JUNE APPLICANTS)

Good Day everyone!


I would like to ask only kung may nakakaalam ng sagot sa query ko po. I am under TWP Application and was hired by an agency here in Philippines, and I am in waiting for my visa after my medical result was forwarded in CEM, 2 weeks ago. I was told by a friend na may kilala daw po sya who was hired by the same agency and employer of mine which was issued his visa but not yet given of his booked flight by our employer because the branch na ma-aassign sya is not yet open ngayon and it will be open after Canada's Winter Season which is late 2013 pa.. May question is, is there any SOP na after ma-issue ang Working Visa with any worker eh dapat mapaalis na sila a month after the issuance of working visa? I'm so worried that I will be stuck-up here in Philippines (left my work abroad), just to wait when the next branch will open and when they will send me to Canada and starts to work, even my working visa came already.

I will appreciate anybody who can share their thoughts about my concern. Thank you everyone in advance!

Wala pa rin ba visa si paulusreef? Or na issue na at Mukang naging busy na sa pag aasikaso ng mga dadalin sa canada, hindi n na update yung stAtus nya dito... Congrats sa mga approved!

it really happens especially yung employer mo ay nagready sya ng mga tao kung kelan nya kailangan. probably maraming outlet ang employer mo kaya kahit mag apply sya ng di pa bubuksan na outlet ay may iba pa syang proof na may pangangailang sya sa bilis ng turn over ng mga tao. sa ngayon sa canada slow pa kasi fall ngayon. kung may mababakante pwedeng tawagin ka kung walang nag aapply locally.

at totoo po ba na kung dadating ang visa this month together with the letter na may expiration date is kailangan namin makaalis, un po yun letter n ippkita(port entry)? bakit kya nssbi smin ng agency n next year pa kmi makakaalis? eh sbi nla mgllbasn n mga visa dis month? kung 2 months lang un span tym nun letter n un?or talagang naka pending ang pagrerelease smn ng VO ng visa dahil sa hndi p tlga kmi kailangan ng employer?so papano po un medical? uulitin n namn? no clear clarification from agency eh..so kung dadating visa nmn dis oct hanggang dec kailangan nmn makaalis..they said march-april...gulo nila
