Hi All, Have question and I am not able to find the answer for.
Can I use CELPIP test results if I am applying for express entry from outside Canada. I attended the CELPIP test while I am on a visit to Canada and I would like to use it to apply for express entry from where I live (Outside) Canada

an advise will be appreciated

You mean, a reference that the CELPIP is accepted?
