Good! And another thing I would do is set up meetings with her. Especially before she submits the new application. Tell her you want 2 hours or whatever you feel is enough to go over all the paperwork. Before you have that meeting, make sure you research every single detail about the requirements. But yea, weekly meetings for 1 hour should do the trick. If she objects, again, just hammer it into her that she made the mistake and you cant afford another one. If she then says there wont be one....ask her if she can promise (verbal agreements are acceptable). She probably wont. Then use that as your argument.
