Yep exactly i call her every single day and she is soo vague and never gives me a straight answer and never lives up to her end!! And im questioning her every move!!
Good! And another thing I would do is set up meetings with her. Especially before she submits the new application. Tell her you want 2 hours or whatever you feel is enough to go over all the paperwork. Before you have that meeting, make sure you research every single detail about the requirements. And if you feel she has not addressed it, then hold the submission and have her fix that.

But yea, weekly meetings for 1 hour should do the trick. If she objects, again, just hammer it into her that she made the mistake and you cant afford another one. If she then says there wont be one....ask her if she can promise (verbal agreements are acceptable). She probably wont. Then use that as your argument.

also how much did they charge. Let me know and I'll have a look online for them. If it doesn't look legit, I'll send you details of a coacher law firm.

I have one more question my job is parttime so the job letter says 20 hours bi-weekly. But i worked more than that and in total i have 3131.25 hours from july 2010 to sept 2013. So on the application im gonna mention 10hours per week is that alright??

Immigration notes - GCMS notes... These are free. If you had applied yourself, they would have cost nothing. What is the name of your consultant / comapny?

To put it into perspective, my specialist immigration lawyer would have charged around 100cad for the service. Your consultant (who made you apply with a non-eligible noc) charged you 5x this. Appalling.

Please excuse my ettiquete, but I'd like to slap her in the face. *this statement in no way promotes violence towards any one person ;D :p

From their website: "Our consultants enjoy a near 100% success rate with clients who retain them via the Internet because they do not accept cases that are borderline and which have no hope of success. If you have been positively assessed, it is because our consultants believe that you stand a very good chance of applying for and receiving Canadian Permanent Residence with their assistance. The firm thrives on successful immigration cases and referrals from satisfied clients and, to further back this up, they offer a 100% money-back guarantee where applicable, the details of which are given in the assessment."

They say that they enjoy an almost 100% success rate. I would disagree?

They are apparently regulated by the ICCRC. I hope you don't mind but I'm actually going to give them a call to ask them some questions on behalf of a "Friend" to see what options you have.

I think they are 1) not providing you with the service they should be and 2) charging disproportionate fees for a service. There may be nothing you can do, but by the time I'm finished with the call I'll be able to provide you with some better advice.

I just phoned AIMS and spoke with someone called Gavi, who apparently is not a regulated consultant.

I asked how much they would charge me to apply for GCMS notes. They informed me they would charge $200 to apply for the notes, interpret the notes and provide me with the information I needed.

They. Are. Extorting. You.

Its outrages. I'm going to speak to the regulatory body and I'll give you the info you need to take this further.
