I was thinking if i do upfront medical it may help them to make decision by april.

and the second feeling is....... if wait like others then I will know they are actually working on my application ...........

Go with your gut feeling. If doing upfront meds gives you peace of mind go for it. If you have patience to wait and see what are these Idiots doing then just wait. I am sure it is not going to make any huge difference.

Can you please tell us the date that person applied and the letter he got from CIC. Its my humble request, please dont post anything if you dont have any proof because you never know what impact it can bring in others life. For me, it was a horrible experience reading this post as my aunt called me saying, she received a big package and I was ok about that, but as soon as I read this post I thought its something from CIC and I left work and ran home. Luckily, it was a package from someone else. So please, my humble request dont post anything if you dont have any proof. I literally thought I am done and my heart was beating 3 times faster until I saw that package.

It is better wait for them, apply for GCMS notes and check your status.

I asked consultant before about NOC caps and he said CEC does not have NOC caps for specific NOCs. CIC may however discontinue certain NOCs if they don't fell they like these NOCs, but such policies are published upfront. It is unlikely when CIC accepted application and issued AOR and then reject applications with existing eligible NOCs.

Someone in AUG received PPR... and I got my GCMS today.
No changes from previous GCMS dated 10-Sep-2015.

• Oct 09 applicant - AOR on 11 Feb 2015
  Eligibility - Not started (Due date: 2016-02-12)
  Security - Not started (Due date: 2016-02-12)
  Criminality - In Progress (Due date: 2016-02-12)
  

Hope to get something after 12th Feb as it is the "DUE DATE" for CIC to touch my application.

I feel like we should have a thread of the latest "passcode" to speak to CIC agent. CIC keep changing their call centre menu every half day, like they don't have any application files to process.

And apparently they have issues regarding my former job, they made a web research... Hopefully it will be fine. I think I am on second review and they will also ask very soon my PCC from Vietnam, which is almost impossible to get (I have to go there in person, and then go back to get it 3 months later. Can't afford it)

Check your second page which has the summary for all the sections. If you need to know in detail go to each section there will be notes created by the VO.

Have u already checked the Vietnam high commission webpage to see options for applying PCC from
Outside vietnam??? It seems u can apply through mail. I suggest u initiate the process if you strongly feel they will ask u. My GCMS notes are 39 pages and due date appears under each section after admissibility starting from Page 9. Hope this gelps

I called them a year or two ago: the consulate and embassy both told me they can't make it, I have to ask my family over there to get it from me.
But I don't have any family there, I worked there 2 years as a French teacher and that's it... When I called the police directly they told me that I have to ask for it in person in Hanoi, then come back in person 3 months later to get it.
It's insane. But I sent a copy of all the emails to CIC to prove them that I'm doing my best to have this f***ing PCC!
And due date seems to be May 2016
