Employment letter dated 03JUL2014 confirms dates of employment, position title and a salary of $35K per year. LOE/Supporting Doc's appear to match lead statement and a substantial number of the main duties under NOC code selected. A T4 from 2012 show reported earnings of 20.6K (because my boss only considered me as employed for 9 months, I got my status of employee recognized since, and got new T4 and NoA I sent last November with a more regular salary on it). Supporting doc's appear sufficient to demonstrate required experience in this NOC code. Web-based search conducted: - Online information verified. http://[web address of my former job] Google street view of address provided in LOE: http://[website address of the street view, I suppose]
ADDITIONAL NOTES: it appears PA has the required education for the work experience claimed under selected NOC code. PA's work experience appears to demonstrate a natural progression of employment. No pay stubs on file. No T4/NoA from 2013 (amended T4 for 2012, 2013 and 2014 were sent in July 2015, and my new NoA sent on November 2015 with a letter explaining that I had to be officially recognized as employed and not self employed by the Canada Revenue Agency, which is why it took so long: they ask them in June 2015)
LANGUAGE: IELTS submitted - Applicant meets benchmarks for work experience at this skill level A: A. CRIMINALITY: PA: RCMP screening: no reportable trace - Police certificates: France: no reportable trace. Israel: REQUIRED [they asked for it last June 2015, received it on August 28 2015: clear one). Just for the record: I asked my physical file last December, received it a month ago. My medical is passed, and they received my medical exams, that I passed. And k sent my amended T4 and NoA last November!
So what does that mean...? Should I try again to get my PCC from Vietnam?
