I just received my GCSM notes and I'm a bit confused... Which page should I look at to know when should be my due date, but also the last eligibility/criminality status?
And apparently they have issues regarding my former job, they made a web research... Hopefully it will be fine. I think I am on second review and they will also ask very soon my PCC from Vietnam, which is almost impossible to get (I have to go there in person, and then go back to get it 3 months later. Can't afford it)
did they start your eligibility?

APPLICATION: E000XXXXXX REGULATION: CEC-2013 I have analysed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and make the following recommendation. ACTION ITEMS: -Principal applicant: ****Police certificates*** - Israel: REQUIRED - Vietnam: REQUIRED FOSS/GCSM check: - No adverse info. Principal applicant currently holds valid status in Canada. CIVIL STATUS: PA never married - NO Spouse or common law declared - PA copy of passeport on file: Yes. WORK EXPERIENCE: CEC qualifying period is: from 14OCT2011 to 13OCT2014 Dates of authorized work experience - within 'qualifying period' - in a skill level 0, A or B occupation: From 28FEB2012 to 19MAR2013 and from 26MAY2013 to lock-in Category of work permit: YOUTH MOBILITY and LMO Post-secondary studies in Canada: None According to schedule 8: Work Experience 1: 01MAR2012 to 07FEB2013 (49 weeks), 26MAY2013 to 03JUL2014 (57 weeks), NOC 4166 selected, full time Coordinatrice des Cours with [former employer]. Employment letter dated 03JUL2014 confirms dates of employment, position title and a salary of $35K per year. LOE/Supporting Doc's appear to match lead statement and a substantial number of the main duties under NOC code selected. A T4 from 2012 show reported earnings of 20.6K (because my boss only considered me as employed for 9 months, I got my status of employee recognized since, and got new T4 and NoA I sent last November with a more regular salary on it). Supporting doc's appear sufficient to demonstrate required experience in this NOC code. Web-based search conducted: - Online information verified. http://[web address of my former job] Google street view of address provided in LOE: http://[website address of the street view, I suppose]
ADDITIONAL NOTES: it appears PA has the required education for the work experience claimed under selected NOC code. PA's work experience appears to demonstrate a natural progression of employment. No pay stubs on file. No T4/NoA from 2013 (amended T4 for 2012, 2013 and 2014 were sent in July 2015, and my new NoA sent on November 2015 with a letter explaining that I had to be officially recognized as employed and not self employed by the Canada Revenue Agency, which is why it took so long: they ask them in June 2015)
LANGUAGE: IELTS submitted - Applicant meets benchmarks for work experience at this skill level A: A. CRIMINALITY: PA: RCMP screening: no reportable trace - Police certificates: France: no reportable trace. Israel: REQUIRED [they asked for it last June 2015, received it on August 28 2015: clear one). Vietnam: REQUIRED. PA explains that she has had difficulty in obtaining PCs from Vietnam and Israel (see letter of explanation). PA has provided documents in support of her claim. PC from Vietnam not requested at this time. MEDICALS: PA- current medical status: in progress (I passed them, as I had my MR last June 2015, did my medical exams in July 2015). REQUESTED DOCUMENTS / ACTIONS: PCs from Israel - T4/NOA from 2013 and 2014 RECOMMENDATION: appears to meet requirements

Just for the record: I asked my physical file last December, received it a month ago. My medical is passed, and they received my medical exams, that I passed. And k sent my amended T4 and NoA last November!

So what does that mean...? Should I try again to get my PCC from Vietnam?

You are not in a second review so don't worry about that. As per your notes they require PCC from the mentioned countries and you have explained to them the problem you are facing to get them. The day you were recommended passed by the analyst you got your MR (June 2015).

The delay is due to pending review by a senior VO which will look into the explanation you have given regarding the PCC from Vietnam. If he is satisfied tan he wont ask for it but if they need it then they will request you for the PCC. So just wait and let them request you if they need it. Other than that you are on a safe side.

You have no idea how your message is such a relief! I am terrified that they would call my former employer for any reason. I'm suing him (3 times actually) and asked for an audit, so we can say he'd probably do everything he can to have me removed from the country...
I have due dates for criminality and eligibility that's Ferbuary 17th, hopefully I'll get some updates after that!

Thanks a LOT :)

No problem. Also these notes were generated 1 month ago so, there are chances that the senior VO has already looked into your file.

Also, they only call employer if they are not satisfied with the documents you have provided.

I just want to add something: on page 16 of my notes, it's written that they received my new contract and LOE for my new job I started in June 2015 (I didn't know I was supposed to send it before). I sent this email on January 20th 2016, and it's written that it's been updated on January 26th... Aren't the notes supposed to reflect only what happened on my file before I requested them on January 6th?

I don't know if there's a difference, but my application is whole in French, and I had my MR and doc request in June 2015, so wayyyyy before anybody else. Might just be a coincidence, but another October applicant had his PR a while ago and he's a French speaker too...
