I guess it's too late for CIC to return the application now as all the application were returned last year in Jan and feb. I believe as long as you have AOR number your consider in the CAP.

Rest on CIC .....they know the internal things.

I did not read that, someone I know who applied in oct 2014 CEC NOC 2282 told me that he got his application last day, reason: CAP reached for that NOC

Thanks for replay just curious that when u r friend applied in oct 2014 under 2282 when did his application got back. You said "last day" so just curious. *s

I have applied under 2282 SEP 15th, 2014. This post is scary after almost 17 months they are realizing that 2282 reached the cap.. I am gonna get cardiac arrest ...

Don't worry as long as you got AOR you're fine. Apply for GCMS and see if there is any updates.

Yes I do have it dated 11/27/2015. But that 50 pages document hard to understand could you please advise what information I should be looking for ?
Eligibility :
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress

and one more question, I know the cap was 200 app per NOC so if I add my spouse in my file will it be 200 - (1+1) or just a single file for both of us ?

Its seems your file is under process as per GCMS, then you are ok.. it doesn't matter how many members are in your file, its all consider as one application. one as principal applicant and rest are dependents.

Congratulations!! Wish we all get our applications processed :( It is taking too long and became so frustrating my PGWP is expiring in June :( When should I apply for BOWP, CIC agent told me before one month of expiration how true is that :-\ ?

You have to apply within 4 months before current WP expires.

If you want to expend minimum time as Implied Status, better apply soon, and probably better using paper application (currently 100 days, online 140 days)

If Implied Status doesn't matter for you, maybe you can apply later just in case your PR aplicattion is approved before start BOWP application.

Folks i know the wait is killing us all and its about time for most of us to apply for BWOP.

I have some basic home work which might get you baby steps towards your application for BOWP.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/visa/validity/implied.asp (Temporary resident Implied status imfo)
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/permit/extend/permanent.asp (Extend your Work Permit Info)
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/prov/bridging.asp (BOWP for certain Federal Economic class applicants info)
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/fees/imm/work.asp (Work Permit R-196 and R-299)
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/fees/schedule.asp (Fee Schedule for most of the applications)

Sorry i could not find a proper Document checklist but as soon as i find it i will post it to this page.

Does anyone know if there is any progress in Aug or Sept applications? and what is the rough estimate time for us to get any further requests, info or update from CIC?
