Hello guys,
I have applied for CEC under skilled category and my file reached CIO on 21 october. My credit card has not been charged yet and my file has not returned so is there a problem in my file because I don't know what to do and I have to leave the country by 3 march. please guide

apply under EE now. u might get an invitation

I have the same situation as yours, My file is reached at 21st October, My credit Card is not charged yet, my file is not returned as well. My Work Permit is expiring on 27th Feb. I think we might get something positive .. as files received on or after 23rd October have been returned. There should be a reason for our files not being returned.
Hope for the best for it, Good Luck !!
Ofcourse, I m planning for Express Entry well.

@ darky 07. Do u know y ur application was returned. As today in the morning I got to know that the quota of 8000 for CEC was filled by October 20.

as per the Green and Spiegel LLP (gands.com) I can say this

I hope and pray that everyone should get the AOR and PR.
