I think we need to either wait for CC charge or file return. Please keep posted if anything like this happens.

hello guys ...

im an oct applicant , and my dd has been cashed on 23 dec 2014.
If you DD has been cashed then you will get AOR for sure..

Now at the time of applying , i asked my employer to put all duties but he rejected it . Now i have convinced him to put all duties and he agreed. But should i wait till i get the AOR?
Yes wait to get AOR and then get an updated LOE with duties & all required information and write a letter to CIC to explain why you are sending a new LOE. Send both things to CIC. You should be fine.

Does CIC really attach the LOE updated in their system ? i m so confused and i have read somehere in this forum that an applicant has been rejected due to lack of duties mentioned in the LOE and CIC did not even ask him to send ...... So i am confused and seniors please give inputs ....thanks
Dont overthink. You should be fine.

I am not expecting any movements for Oct applicants till Feb. CIC's most of the resources might be working on other priorites like,
a. First EE draw
b. FSW cc charge
c. Sep applicants AOR generation.

Today , I have sent a request to my local MP to verify, my file comes under 8000 cap or not , lets see

you need to go to your local MP office in person and you sign the Authorization Form; to have your consent to make enquiries on behalf of you.

then only local MP can call CIC and ask your queries.

I called to my local MP and I was told that if I don't have AOR they cannot get any information from CIC. They cannot even find out if they are going to charge more applicants or not.

I think even we don't have AOR, we still have right to know the CAP information, otherwise CIC suddenly cut all applications without transparent message that is really rough :( >:(

I can not resist myself with out posting this. CIC really Suc... . I am due to apply for my workpermit extension. With this uncertainty I am not sure to go with BOWP . They really don't care about the applicants. Its been more than 2 weeks they haven't charged a single CC/BD. They even removed the cap page from CIC web site, else at least we might have followed that. Now we are clue less about the processing.

A friend of mine(fsw applicant) made an enquiry thru his local MP, much before his CC was charged. They were able to tell the status of his application based on his passport# and UCI#.
Once your applicantion has passed thru completeness check, They can see your stuff into their systems.
The secretaries of these MPs arent well informed nor do they have any ambition of trying.
@PR4CAN : i request you to please explain the grevity of our situation and insist on making an enquiry even if they make a fuss about it.

Do you know if cap is reached, will our files be returned to us? I am kind of stuck in the middle now. Before sending the app, I didn't make a copy for IELTS TRF. Now I would need that for applying EE. This is really getting annoying.
