Did they say what that date, the 4 April means, because we have that date on our file as well, is that the completion date do you know?

I spoke to a really nice call centre agent today, who checked my file, and stated that there have been no recent updates to the file, and nothing with regard to eligibility. Based on how quick they've been working (and the fact that my notes show a due date of April 4), I'm assuming my file should be looked at sometime this month.

Are you referring to the GCMS notes?
Mine requested back in December showed Due date for elegibility, criminality and security Feb 18, 2016
I sent them an email yesterday and surprisingly they replied today "super fast" and said my application still in the queue no officer looking after it :'(

Upfront Medical : Book a doctor's appointment and tell them its upfront. After doing the Medical they will give you a document
which will have UMI # on it. Around same time as doctor uploads online to CIC, send scanned copy of that document with your details
like Appln #, UCI #, Date of birth to CIC by mail.

Nope, mine still says Feb 10 in those areas. The April 4 date that appeared in my last set of notes was under Application Assignment.

Guys - i spoke to the CIC Call centre agent yday. The lady was very nice and she got my personal details and viewed my file. She cleared said that VO will reach out to me in case they need any documents (for now, all looks good though) and she said 24 Jul 2016 is the date by when i should expect for a closure. Which means 5 more months from now. Considering 22 months, 18 months is still fine for us. Just stay positive and we will get our PRs soon ! Patience is the name of this game

After i replied to the above message, i just happened to check my email and guess what ! RPRF request email... Woo hoo !

I just made the payment and after 3 attempts to email the receipt (some reason, my initial 2 emails did not carry the attachment of the receipt), i finally notified the email id given in the actual email.

Thank you Krunal. I did my upfront Medicals in Jul 2015 and notified them. Per GCMS notes, Medical status was Passed.

I just updated my profile too.

I just received the Copr today! I got decision made last Friday, and it was sent on the 26th. I'll call them tomorrow to do the landing at CIC office in Edmonton.

Seriously guys, I will never thank enough all the people from this forum for all the help I had, and I will hope everyone get it as soon as possible. I'll let you know how my landing went.

Of course I'll still watch this forum as it's kind of been my life for the last year or so...
