So you've sent them your "upfront medical details", the latest being "the 3rd email I have sent them" (in your own words).
At what point does it cease to be "knowing that everything is in order" and starts being spamming, I wonder. ::)
Ummm how about once they have updated my application to "medicals received", which has yet to happen.

And spamming would be resending it every single day/ week which I haven't done. Sending 3 emails in 4 months isn't spamming. I'm on this forum to be supported in this stressful time, not to be told I am spamming CIC simply because I have emailed them more then once in a 4 month period. And if you had read previous comments you would see the reason I have resent it is because other people have sent the same info which has been updated within the month, that has happened for me. Not that I need to explain myself to you.

Hi,

I did upfront medicals in May and notified CIC. My ECAS updated to Medical results have been received. Does that mean my medical passed? And I should expect RPRF soon?

No. They have your medical report and they start checking them are two separate things. You still have to wait until it's your turn. If they haven't started looking into your file after one year, you have to re-do the medical test.

Hi everyone,

I finally got my T4 from my employers, now I need to send them to CIC. What's the safest: via Canada Post or by email? At the end of their email there's both their email and their address in Ottawa.

I am still missing my notices of assessment (the Canada Revenue Agency needs to reassess all my taxes for the last 3 years, as my boss considered me as self-employed and not an employee, which just changed thanks to the T4. Being self employed doesn't work for the CEC RP). I will never have it in time, should I just explain them the situation and ask for more time?

Thanks a lot for your answer!

Email is sufficient for sending documents except police certificates.

As for the NOA, you cannot get the updated NOA within 60 days?

I believe sending a scanned copy via email would suffice. Anyone, correct me if I'm wrong.

Well, the Revenue Agency needs to reassess all my taxes for 2012, 2013 and 2014, and as it is not available online I have to ask for a reassessment using Canada Post... It usually takes 8 weeks... Only 2 weeks online...

At least I finally have my T4. That's a good news.

It is the same for the police check: I went to Toronto (I live in Edmonton) just to sign a paper at the Israeli Embassy (took about 12 minutes) and they will send it directly to the Immigration in about 8 weeks, with a tracking number and everything. As they have to receive it before August 29th, I will just send them a proof that I had an appointment with them and that I went there (even if it is stamped in Hebrew) and a letter to explain that I need a tiny delay.

And as I did my medical exam last week I will send a proof of that as well, just in case!

Since CPC/CIC didn't confirm by phone if they have received the docs , I sent my T4/NOA (2014) by Canada Post and email.

Hi ALl,

I just found this info from CPC to a fev/2014 applicant:

Please note:
All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable. When attaching your document(s), please ensure that they are smaller than 5MB and that each document is attached individually. Do not submit originals unless otherwise stated as documents submitted will not be returned.

When I sent my NOA / T4 last week , I did not send as individual files since I did not know about it . I was aware of the file size , but not that it should be in multiple files.

About the original ... I'm confused now ... I never sent my original to them .. just a copy with the seal as a true copy made by the agency that made my translation.

It's OK. If you send by email, CPC will reply asking you to re-submit with correct files. as far as I understand, they intend to have everything in one file. This is what they requested when I send spouse add on materials.

As for the NOA/T4, you don't need to send originals unless specified. Only original documents required are police certificates.

So, if they ask for PCCs, do you know if we can send them scanned copies of the original PCCs or do we have to mail the physical copy of the originals?

Hi Roberto, we have to mail the original physical copy of PCC to CPC unless specified. When I asked CIC to add my spouse to the application, they clearly emphasized original PCC has to be mailed.
